About the Staff
Julie Shiels Practice Manager:
I have worked at the Batemans Bay Orthodontic Centre for over 24 years. In 2015 I was promoted to
Practice Manager. I am really enjoying my challenging new role along with the meet and greet as
the new and existing patients arrive at reception.
Louise Shilling Dental Assistant:
I joined the Batemans Bay Orthodontic team in 2012. I carry with me 11 years orthodontic
experience after living and working in Goulburn most of my life. I really enjoy working with the
other team members, Nicholas and our diverse range of patients. It’s exciting to see the patient’s
happy, big smiles as they finish treatment.
Karyn Volf Dental Assistant:
After many years of working in general dentistry I joined the Batemans Bay Orthodontic team in
2015. It’s a great team to be a part of and a very enjoyable work place with very friendly patients.
Madalyne Williams Dental Assistant:
I joined the Batemans Bay Orthodontic team in August 2016. I have found the experience to be
incredibly rewarding and a lot of fun. I’ve really enjoyed working with all the team here and getting
to know the patients.
