Normally no treatment will be commenced on the first visit. A proper assessment will be undertaken to see whether you are ready for treatment or if it should be deferred until you are ready.

If treatment is required on your first visit x-rays will be arranged as well as orthodontic records which will assist in the diagnosis of your problem.

The results of this will be presented to you at the next appointment where a detailed treatment plan will be discussed along with costs. You will then be ready to commence treatment.
